The goal of this resource page is to provide the PI community with an overview of the available research services, including research administration, intellectual property and commercialization services, and research compliance.
A listserv has been created for Principal Investigators to communicate with one another. This is not a private message board, and students and faculty may subscribe. To post a message to this listserv, simply email PI-Discuss@listserv.tamu.edu
Research Administration
There are several entities in the Texas A&M University System (TAMUS) that provide research administration services to PIs that are represented by the CPI: Texas A&M Research Foundation, Texas A&M University, Texas AgriLife Research, TEES, TTI and HSC. The position of these entities in the TAMUS is shown in the TAMUS Organization chart. The following table provides links to the websites and summarizes some of the relevant information regarding these research administration service providers.

DRAFT Research Administration Working Document-This draft working document is intended to provide an overview of the services offered by the various Research Administration entities.
The CPI is interested in obtaining feedback from PIs about their experiences with pre and post award research administration, and suggestions for how these services can be improved.
