Members of the Council are elected representatives of the Principal Investigators from various units of the Texas A&M University research community. As such, it is the responsibility of Council Members to maintain an effective dialogue with their constituents. "Guest Memberships" are extended, at the discretion of the CPI Chair, to individuals who serve in various offices that affect the Texas A&M research enterprise.
